Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our Revenue Growth Management team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, promotions management, and trade investment optimization.
Salary: €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Promotions Management: Design and manage promotional activities to drive sales volume and enhance brand visibility, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
- Trade Investment Optimization: Optimize trade spend to ensure that investments in retailer partnerships and in-store promotions deliver the best possible return on investment.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the development and implementation of commercial plans that maximize revenue potential and bottom-line impact.
- Leadership: Lead a team of 4 people and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and implementing effective pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
