About the Role:

The Growth Strategy Manager is a critical position in our organization, responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive growth across our entire Travel Unit business line.

This role will support the Travel Unit team in creating and recommending effective commercial strategies, leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive business results. The Growth Strategy Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that our commercial strategies are aligned with our overall business objectives and that we are optimizing our performance in key markets.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement commercial strategies that drive growth across our Travel Unit business line
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform commercial strategy development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of commercial strategies
- Monitor business results and make recommendations for improvement

About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Growth Strategy Manager who can bring a deep understanding of commercial strategy development and implementation. You will have a strong background in strategy development, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
