Catenon is an American multinational company seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead business development in Spain.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a results-driven Strategic Sales Leader to drive growth in the industrial sector, specifically in sensor sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share in Spain.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Spain.
* Identify and establish relationships with new clients in the industrial sector.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in Spain.
* Collaborate with technical teams to offer customized solutions to clients.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
* Analyze client needs and develop proposals that meet their requirements.
* Supervise and manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.

**Requirements**

* 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial B2B sales.
* Experience in technical sales and market development.
* Fluency in English.
* Availability to travel 50% of the time within Spain.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Benefits**

* Competitive salary range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
