Strategic Sales Leader for Women's Health

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at Theramex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and driving business growth in the Women's Health sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- To achieve sales targets and company objectives as defined by the national sales manager
- To develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and market share within defined territories
- To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
- To identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities to partner with private clinics and hospitals
- To manage profitability and account management across defined territories
- To stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract negotiations
- Demonstrable understanding of the Women's Health market and therapeutic area
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
