Bay Materials is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Leader to drive business expansion and revenue growth within our designated geographic region.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our global footprint, driving revenue growth in polymer-based medical devices and ortho products.

We are looking for a resourceful and hands-on executive who can operate effectively with minimum direction and pursue objectives relentlessly. You will be the secondary point of contact for key client accounts in the medical device and ortho sectors, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

You will lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for polymer-based medical devices and ortho products, working closely with cross-functional teams, marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs. Ongoing reporting of market trends, customer strategies, and competition in the polymer-based medical devices and ortho products is also essential.

With a strong background in business development and sales, preferably in the medical/orthodontic industry, you will have a solid understanding of polymer materials and their applications. A deep knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes, regulations, and quality standards is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of **€80,000 - €120,000** per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as travel opportunities, a dynamic work environment, and ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

We require a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, with 3+ years' experience in business development and sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
