About the Role
This is a strategic role that requires a self-aware, self-starter who can develop and win new business in a complex consulting environment. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential transformation deals, leading and running sales cycles, and driving new and incremental revenue through prospecting, acquiring, and developing new and fast-growing business with direct clients.

Key Responsibilities
Be focused on BizApps area of expertise, build a pipeline for growth and closing business, including statements of work and contracts, interact with Avanade's current and new clients, gain referrals, and form strong trust relationships that open doors and close deals, maintain an extensive knowledge of current market conditions, contending offerings, and current penetration of services and solutions.

About You
You are a team leader, deal hunter, deal idea maker, and deal originator. You have superb interpersonal skills, can establish strong relationships, anticipate and neutralize obstacles and objections, and are a skillful influencer of internal and external resources.
