The Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business within the organization and plays a crucial role in achieving the company's strategic growth objectives. As a Consult Partner, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, creating and positioning strategic change agendas across large accounts. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering talent development, innovation and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive profitable growth by leveraging comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships
* Lead high-performing teams to deliver high-quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders
* Foster talent development and innovation within the organization
* Collaborate with CXO-level clients to drive financial impact, utilization and contribution
Requirements
* Strong leadership presence and industry expertise
* Ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients
Salary Information
Estimated annual salary: $140,000-$170,000 based on location and experience.
