About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth and Development Leader to join our team in Spain.
As a key member of our Sales Office, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and development through effective POS strategy, systems, and execution.
- You will contribute to the development of our portfolio in POS, encompassing Natural Foods and Biscuits & Bakeries.
- You will lead a team of 3 internal sales representatives and oversee 10 external field personnel, analyzing and directing efforts to expand coverage in Spain.
- You will be instrumental in implementing our Perfect Store POS strategy long-term, collaborating with the Country Manager and Sales Manager.
- You will foster strong relationships between the KAM/Category Manager and Sales Rep teams, ensuring exceptional execution in POS.
- You will conduct quarterly live Team meetings and monthly online meetings to drive performance.
- You will improve Dashboards and reporting tools to enhance analysis and drive better performance among sales reps.
- You will continuously benchmark outsourcing supplier markets and analyze the need for agency changes.
- You will hold monthly meetings with each sales rep to discuss perfect store objectives, provide coaching, and encourage improved performances.
- You will work with external agencies and sales reps to optimize routes in terms of time management and visit quality.
- You will develop formation plans to maximize the potential of sales reps in POS.
- You will establish monthly priorities for the sales reps' team, incorporating inputs from Marketing, Category, and KAM teams.
- You will create compelling selling stories per sales rep, in collaboration with Category and Marketing, to effectively engage POS managers.
- You will be responsible for creating our Annual Field Force Action Plan.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commercial, Economics, or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative for FMCG top multinationals and 2+ years of experience in HQ with Perfect Store management methodology.
- Experience with external outsourcing agencies is an asset.
- Background in Category Management/Trade-Marketing (In-Store) is advantageous.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong leadership capacities, as this position involves managing a national team and potential future expansion.
- Perfect Store Owner capabilities, including continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and excellent execution of this methodology.
- A team player with passion for building our brands.
- Solid knowledge of Excel automation (BI, Dynamic tables), Power BI, Reporting tools, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactivity in improving reporting tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to go above and beyond.
