We are looking for a talented Executive Growth Leader to join our commercial Executive Commitment Team in Germany. This role will play a crucial part in our growth story, driving exponential growth and exploring new ways to take our service to the next level.

About the Role

You will lead a team by example, achieving your own performance targets as a Key Client Manager or Network Growth Manager. You will drive business results, work closely with front-running B2B network clients, and manage team members' performance through feedback, coaching, and rewarding success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals in a dynamic environment
  • Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and target achievement
  • Manage team members' performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in leading commercial sales teams, preferably in a B2B setting
  • The drive and flexibility to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and convince others
  • A quick learner with a genuine interest in technology, business trends, and current affairs
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to exceed targets
