We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Account Growth Strategist. This role offers the opportunity to drive proactive account growth and develop deep customer connections, bringing the best of our organization to the table.

The Role

This position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience running account P&L and deep knowledge of business and technology trends, as well as industry best practices. As an Executive Account Growth Strategist, you will focus on identifying and qualifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering tailored solutions to cater to the unique needs of each customer.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to drive revenue growth and minimize erosion in renewals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with top-level executives, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure seamless account management processes.
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant field.Proven sales experience in technical solutions, with a strong track record of revenue growth and cost management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues alike.Salary

We estimate the salary for this role to be around €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
