About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Strategist to join our team at IQVIA Argentina. As a key member of our commercial portfolio team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive account growth and expansion in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and identify potential areas for growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a business development or related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
