About the Job

The Alliance and Channel team at SAS is seeking a highly skilled Small Business Growth Strategist based in Madrid.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of SAS software products, solutions, hosting, education, and services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute effective territory and account strategies to achieve sales quotas and exceed revenue targets.

In this role, you will leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, including C-level executives, and navigate complex sales cycles.

You will also possess a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and business concepts, allowing you to effectively communicate the value proposition of SAS products and solutions.

A successful Small Business Growth Strategist will have advanced knowledge of prospecting and strategic selling techniques, as well as experience working in high-volume, multi-tasking environments.

This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, channel, or indirect sales roles.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing territory and account strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Selling SAS software products, solutions, hosting, education, and services to small and medium-sized businesses
  • Building and leading virtual teams to support sales efforts
  • Navigating complex sales cycles and closing deals

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
