Your Role in Our Journey

We seek a skilled Business Growth Strategist to help us meet customer needs and contribute to our company's success. As a Senior Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to improve their performance by proposing recommendations and solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios in the CPG vertical, focused on achieving assigned objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction across all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify problems, find opportunities, and provide solutions to meet client needs.
  • Lead consultations and presentations with clients.
  • Implement company strategy to secure new business for sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics or similar.
  • Proven experience as a Consultant or similar role, with at least 5 years' experience in client-facing positions in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach.
  • Proficient in data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • High English Level (at least C1 certificate).
  • High skills in Excel and Power Point tools.

Location and Salary

This position can be located in Spain (Madrid) with a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
