Job Summary:

At Mbr Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Growth Strategist to play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and identifying new opportunities. This role will require a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a proven track record in business development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities globally to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Support the sales and product teams in developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
  • Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company's Software Solutions and identify potential business leads.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research, analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market opportunities and business potential.
  • Ability to travel globally as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
