Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Growth Strategist to join our team in Italy. This role is an exciting opportunity to help small businesses grow and thrive in the region.

About the Role

This position involves identifying challenges faced by prospective customers and discovering innovative marketing solutions to address them. The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently closing new business at or above quota level, nurturing relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small-sized companies, and collaborating with our marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual sales targets, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • A sharp focus on goals and a strong approach for achieving them

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. However, this is not a fixed figure and may vary based on individual performance and industry standards.
