Senior Strategist Role Overview

At Capgemini, we're seeking a highly skilled Visionary Growth Strategist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in crafting growth strategies, identifying emerging business opportunities, and defining innovative pathways to realize market-changing ideas.

About the Role
This role involves collaborating closely with designers, technologists, and program managers to envision and create new products, services, and experiences. You will formulate clear hypotheses or approaches based on ambiguous information and validate these hypotheses in collaboration with the frog team. Additionally, you will involve clients in the process, be highly responsive to feedback, and present the team's ideas in front of executives.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute growth strategies that drive business results
* Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions
* Present findings and recommendations to senior executives
* Travel for research and client meetings

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a candidate with 4+ years of work experience in a related field, including strategy/business consulting, corporate business strategy experience, marketing or innovation management background, venture building, etc. You should possess good storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, as well as experience approaching ambiguous questions and thinking from first principles. An agile mind, excellent strategic thinking, and intellectual ability are also essential. Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity are highly valued, as well as a willingness to travel for research and client meetings. Business-level ability in English is required.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in identifying and delivering on growth opportunities and bringing products or services to market
* Financial analysis and business case development skills
* Ability to prepare compelling presentations
* Degree (or work experience) in business, entrepreneurship, finance, research, engineering, social work, anthropology, human-computer interaction, or liberal arts
