About the Role
As a valued Strategy Manager at Boston Consulting Group, you will drive business growth across various aspects of authoring, shaping, and developing our organization. Your expertise in BCG's business, with a broad industry and functional sector range, is crucial to our success as BCG Design Studios. This role directly impacts the type of work we do, how we're positioned, and how our offerings can profoundly impact BCG's clients' businesses.

Your Key Responsibilities
You will lead regional Design Studios' business development and go-to-market strategies, bringing business and client insights to colleagues within Design Studios. You will pursue and grow business opportunities that amplify Design Studios' strengths and position us as a valued creative partner. Additionally, you will seek opportunities and relationships that leverage our problem-solving capabilities, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to align business needs with solutions.

Critical Skills and Qualifications
* Account Management: Manages stakeholders across accounts, implements holistic account strategy and planning with other DS stakeholders, contributes to process development, and best practices. Interfaces with other department leads to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and identify and deliver new solutions for clients. Keeps senior management apprised of key client opportunities, potential risks, and other key nuances affecting business health. Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly, and annual financial plans.

Client Leadership
* Creates and implements go-to-market strategy plans in collaboration with other teams to meet business objectives. Measures and reports on the impact generated by go-to-market initiatives. Develops and fosters account relationships, working towards account growth and high retention within a defined portfolio of accounts. Gains a complete understanding of each client's goals, markets, needs, and best opportunities for DS to partner. Solves client problems and uses conflict management skills to mitigate challenges.

Business Development
* Collaborates and co-leads proposals with subject matter experts from the team, writing and concept statements of work. Possesses an in-depth understanding of resources and processes involved in design-driven solutions such as service design, communication & branding strategies, 360 campaigns, etc. Is advanced in tools monitoring Business Development process and performance. Can articulate rules of engagement for Business Development and team collaboration. Oversees and ensures DS's invoicing for sales and delivery credit in the BCG system.

Estimated Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum
