About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Transformational Growth Strategist to join our team at Undisclosed. In this role, you will craft growth strategies that identify emerging business opportunities and define innovative pathways to realize market-changing ideas.
Responsibilities
- Craft growth strategies that drive business growth and innovation
- Collaborate with designers, technologists, and program managers to envision and create new products, services, and experiences
- Formulate clear hypotheses or approaches based on ambiguous information and validate them in collaboration with the team
- Present the team's ideas to executives and clients
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience in a related field, such as strategy, business consulting, corporate business strategy, marketing, or innovation management
- Good storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
- Experience approaching ambiguous questions and thinking from first principles
- Agile mind, excellent strategic thinking, and intellectual ability
- Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity
- A willingness to travel for research and client meetings
- Business-level English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience identifying and delivering on growth opportunities and bringing products or services to market
- Financial analysis and business case development skills
- The ability to prepare compelling presentations

Compensation
