Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and commercially savvy Airline Account Growth Strategist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing airline commercial strategies aimed at enhancing growth and market share across Spain.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Manage relationships between Trip.com and its Airline partners in the Spanish Market.
  2. Build new partnerships by contracting local, regional, and global airline partners.
  3. Grow local Spanish market sales through the Trip.com direct channel, both through our website and mobile app.
  4. Organize local market webinars, events, and participate in national and international tradeshows.
  5. Work with internal teams to create long-term growth in the local market.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Spanish and English.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing initiatives to drive performance with key partners.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead multiple projects at once.

Salary Estimate: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
