Job Summary

Zumub is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead the market in Spain.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to drive sales growth, manage overall company activities in the Spanish market, and develop long-term growth strategies in alignment with Zumub's overall objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Development Strategy: Develop and implement effective growth strategies in the Spanish market.
  • Sales Management: Oversee sales activities, set objectives, and ensure the achievement of sales quotas.
  • Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to design new products or enhance existing ones, considering market needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for product marketing, including pricing, distribution, and promotion.
  • Launch Management: Supervise the launch of new products, working closely with marketing teams.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the market, analyze competition, and identify opportunities to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Spanish market and sector trends.
  • Sales Strategy: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Digital Marketing: Strong interest in digital marketing channels/e-commerce and content producer.
  • Perspective: Positive, growth mindset, ability to learn, proactivity, and ambition.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinking: Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true start-up, agile environment with early responsibility for key decision-making.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree: Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration/Business Development, Economics.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.
