About the Role

You will drive sales growth by interacting with clients primarily through email, phone, and virtual meetings. You identify sales opportunities, manage accounts, and ensure compliance throughout the process. You provide insights, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities for book sales, using data and insights to drive growth;
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, and Teams, ensuring solid relationship management;
  • Evaluate and address client needs to ensure maximum sales potential;
  • Utilize Excel and CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate data;
Requirements
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required;
  • Experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role is necessary;
  • Decision-making abilities, especially in managing client communications, are essential;
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems with solid analytical skills is required;
