About the Role

This is a high-growth environment where you will have the chance to shape the future of B2B finance. As a Fintech Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities.

  • Generating leads through inbound and outbound outreach
  • Conducting research to build strategic prospect lists
  • Expanding the sales funnel through cold and warm outreach campaigns
  • Qualifying prospects using the Rampd selling framework and BANT criteria
  • Being the first point of contact for potential clients
  • Managing CRM updates with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Scheduling discovery calls for account executives
  • Overcoming objections and refining your selling craft through feedback
About You

We're looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within SaaS fintech, who has a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Confidence in communicating with C-level executives, grit, a growth mindset, and a passion for mastering sales are essential qualities for this role.
