As a Business Development Manager at Yuno, you'll be part of our Business Development Team, responsible for:

Sales Cycle Management

• Actively targeting business clients who can benefit from our payment solutions

• Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding merchants

• Constantly learning and researching the payments market to understand needs, opportunities, and trends

Strategic Approach

• Developing tailored strategies for approaching and engaging with potential clients

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key business clients and industry partners

• Leading complex negotiations with enterprise merchants and closing deals

• Effectively presenting and explaining our solution to prospects

Career Advancement

• Gathering client feedback to improve product and service offerings

• Working closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to B2B sales

• Keeping track of sales targets and providing regular reports to management

Requirements

• Mandatory 3+ years of experience as a business development manager in the B2B payments industry, fintech

• Advanced English proficiency

• Demonstrable sales track record in international and multi-cultural contexts

• Familiarity with customer support practices

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

• In-depth market knowledge, emphasizing Latin American economies and payment sectors

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills

• Effective time management and strategic planning abilities

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
