Job Summary

The OSP Territory Development Manager will oversee a defined geographic remit, comprised of current OSP customers and prospective targets within a focused industry/sector. This quota-carrying role is responsible for consistently achieving year-on-year growth targets through the closure of net-new, accretive revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand OSP presence in target territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OSP customers and prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and sales performance metrics.
