We are a rapidly-expanding organisation seeking an experienced B2C Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. Working in the North American market, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our comprehensive range of courses.

**Job Summary:**

  • Engage with prospective students through phone, email, and professional networking.
  • Utilize a consultative sales technique to guide prospective students through the decision-making process and address any concerns or objections they may have.
  • Evaluate potential clients and nurture them through the full sales process using an informed, consultative approach.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop strong relationships through communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to stay informed about the latest promotions, campaigns, and industry trends to enhance sales strategies.
  • Maintain a pipeline with accurate and up-to-date interactions with leads (potential students) in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the B2C sales team and the organisation.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable sales experience within a fast-paced inside sales environment.
  • High performer who is target-driven and motivated.
  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to build relationships remotely.
  • Strong reporting skills with a proven track record in a target-driven environment with specific KPIs.

**What You'll Get:**

  • A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
