Job Summary

The role of Business Development Representative, Associate is a key starting point for an incredible career journey in sales and plays a vital part in our continued success and growth. As a Cloud Sales Accelerator, you will drive new business opportunities for our sales organization, leveraging best-in-class training to enhance your skills and accelerate your career trajectory.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and driving specific industry/region growth to identify net-new opportunities
  • Advanced prospecting within target industries/regions through demographic or behavioral buying signals
  • Identification and multi-channel engagement with buyers through phone, email, and social media
  • Collaboration with our intelligent tech stack to drive success using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and more
  • Building sustainable pipelines focusing on quality and quantity

In this role, you will generate highly qualified opportunities with the propensity to close, building strong alignment with stakeholders within Infor, specifically in sales & marketing. You will lead innovation and demonstrate creative destruction to turn your ideas into initiatives benefiting the global organization.

Requirements

Native/Bilingual in German and English.Good interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.Strong organizational skills.Competitive, collaborative, and innovative.Energetic team player.Basic understanding of technology tools.Clear and motivating progression path to develop and grow.

Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum based on experience and location.
