**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to contribute to our Ecommerce channel growth and support its development internally and externally. As an Ecommerce Channel Growth Accelerator, you will be responsible for building and establishing capabilities and skills that will accelerate growth and win disproportionately in this channel, Omnichannel, and PDM, by gaining superior turnover, market share, and margin.
About the Role:
This role involves supporting and leading key relationships with customers, creating annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) considering USG targets and Market Share, and implementing promotional execution on retailers' websites. You will also lead campaigns and creative work with our Marketing and eCCD team, ensure coordination of production with U-studio for visual materials on customers' websites, and analyze sales results, monthly sales reports, and Cash-Up performance.
You Will Be Responsible For:
* Analyzing campaign ROAS through different platforms (Criteo, media agency...)
* Data Analysis: Analyze the sell-out performance of customers, identifying improvements and opportunities
* Explore and analyze what the competition is doing and the results
* A&P budget Control: Responsible for A&P control for Ecommerce
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar Sales and/or Operations role, ideally within a Consumer Goods Enterprise. You must have a University Degree in ADE, Business, or similar and proficiency level of English and Spanish. We are looking for candidates with professional skills such as accounting management, selling essentials, driving category growth, shopper insights, ROMI, and sales fundamentals. Additionally, we require a growth mindset, consumer and customer focus, bias for action, leadership critical SOL behaviors, personal mastery, and passion for high performance.
What We Offer:
Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
