About the Role
The Ecommerce Lead Growth Strategist at Hustler Marketing will be responsible for driving growth through qualified leads. This involves managing and overseeing our inbound and outbound lead generation channels, collaborating with the Sales and Marketing departments to align efforts with broader business goals, and suggesting and implementing new lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Lead Generation channels across multiple platforms, both inbound and outbound.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to align Lead Generation efforts with broader business goals.
- Suggest and implement new lead generation strategies.
- Oversee the budget for lead generation channels, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Report directly to the CEO and maintain a close working relationship with the Sales Manager.
- Continuously monitor the quality of leads and adjust strategies as needed to ensure high-quality results.
- Generate leads specifically for eCommerce stores for our core services (Email, SMS marketing, and UGC ads), as well as SAAS companies for CRM Optimization and agencies for Recruitment as a Service.
- Manage opening new lead generation channels for other services we might develop in the future.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A deep understanding of lead generation strategies and tactics.
- Experience with managing and optimizing lead generation channels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to work independently and make decisions.
- A strong understanding of the eCommerce industry and market trends.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
