Sales Growth Accelerator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Accelerator to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for amplifying B2B sales in the world of social media.

In this role, you will work closely with small and medium-sized enterprises to develop tailored strategies that drive growth through email, phone, and chat support.

  • You will advise and guide clients on how to nurture their growth through dynamic support via various channels.
  • You will acquire new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies.
Requirements:
  • You must be a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (at least B2-C1).
  • You have a proven track record in sales or have successfully worked in sales.
  • Your communication skills are impactful and persuasive.
  • You are passionate about social media and can translate that passion into tangible results.
  • You are driven to achieve nothing short of excellence and exude professionalism.

We offer a competitive salary of €1040 per month, including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included), as well as paid training to prepare you for your new career.

In addition to a lucrative salary package, you will enjoy flexible working hours (rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, running from 7 AM to 9 PM) and comprehensive relocation support for international candidates.
