Are you a sales professional seeking a new challenge? We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona. As a Bridgestone Mobility Solutions Business Developer, your goal is to support our field account managers throughout the DACH region by generating leads and creating opportunities to drive revenue. Your responsibilities will include hunting prospects using smart researching, outbound emails, and messages to build a healthy pipeline of prospects, as well as maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase interest in Bridgestone Mobility Solutions.
About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of 60,000 - 80,000 euros per year, depending on experience. This role requires a strong ability to initiate professional business-to-business engagements over the phone, work autonomously, and be a team player with a positive attitude. You will need to enjoy opening accounts, forging opportunities, and building business relationships. Fluency in German and English is required.
Key Responsibilities- Hunt prospects using smart researching, outbound emails, and messages to build a healthy pipeline of prospects
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase interest in Bridgestone Mobility Solutions
- Work closely and collaboratively with marketing on outreach campaigns and events
- Use LinkedIn & social selling to create awareness of the advantages of implementing a fleet management system
- Log all mandatory and optional data in the correct manner in Salesforce, our internal CRM
