Business Development Executive, Growth Accelerator

About this Role: Our sales teams play a pivotal part in expanding our presence across the globe. We are looking for Business Development Executives to strategically acquire new clients by building trust-based relationships with C-level executives. They will understand their mission-critical priorities and uncover opportunities to deliver client value through industry expertise.
We drive the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closure and transitioning new accounts to account management teams. Our sales teams are relentless about building trust-based relationships with clients, delivering long-term client value, and growing their book of business over time. While results-driven, they are highly collaborative with account management teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Our Business Development Executives will be given a territory of Mid-Size Enterprise prospects, which may be completely new or existing clients within other areas. Clients have up to $1 billion in annual revenue.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Seek out and drive new business opportunities with new-to-us organizations across your territory.
- Convert viable prospects into active clients, owning the full sales conversation and negotiation.
- Align the right combination of insight, guidance, and practical tools to bring value to partnerships.
- Continually build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics.
What You Will Need:
- 1+ years' B2B sales experience, preferably in complex environments.
- Some business development or hunting experience is highly desired.
- Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.
- A proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Location: You must be willing to live within a commutable distance to one of our centers of excellence in Fort Myers, FL; Irving, TX; Barcelona, Spain; London, England; Gurgaon, India; Singapore; or Sydney, Australia. Relocation assistance is available for qualifying candidates. A bachelor's degree is desired.
Compensation Package: This role comes with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a hybrid work model that balances remote and in-office work.
