Senior Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new customers across various industries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in SaaS or construction technology. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
- Identify and qualify leads, ensuring timely and informative responses to inbound inquiries about Autodesk products.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and nurturing practices to maintain engagement and interest.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance outbound sales strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate notes and records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, ideally in SaaS or construction technology.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business fluency in German and English.
