Senior Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Adp, Inc. This role will be responsible for expanding our product reach and profit revenues within the SME market.
About You:
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in business-to-business selling, preferably in a solution sales environment. Proven track record of identifying, hunting, and closing new business is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of ADP's product and service offerings.
- Identify prospective clients/sales opportunities within your designated market segment (i.e., 50-199 employees) and nominated territory.
- Effectively manage the cold calling/teleprospecting lifecycle.
- Record and manage all client contact and sales-related intellectual property within the specified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and capability.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also offer a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
