About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in the French market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 4-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated, and sound phone skills
  • Good problem-solving skills, excellent organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Native/Fluent French and business English; any additional European language is a plus

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
