Unleash Your Potential as a Digital Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Accelerator to join our team at Blu Selection in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Aid small and medium-sized enterprises with tailored sales solutions via email, phone, and chat support.
  • Acquire new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Support and expand self-services for clients, providing pre- and after-sales assistance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Offer guidance on tools, products, and strategies, empowering clients to achieve their sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with fluent English skills (B2-C1 level).
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Possess a passion for social media and digital sales, with a keen eye for trends and opportunities.

  • Flexible working hours, including rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (7 AM - 9 PM).
  • Competitive salary: €1040 gross/month (including free accommodation) or €1298 gross/month (excluding accommodation). Approximate 20-25% tax applies.
  • Private health insurance from the start of your contract.
  • Relocation support for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months.
