Unleash your potential in a dynamic role at Unilever, a global leader in the ice cream industry. As an Ecommerce Channel Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial part in driving growth and developing capabilities that accelerate the channel's performance.

**Job Purpose:**
Contribute to ecommerce channel growth and support its development internally and externally. Build and establish capabilities and skills that will accelerate the growth and win disproportionately in this channel, omnichannel, and PDM by gaining superior turnover, market share, and margin.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support and lead key relationships with customers: Create annual joint business plans (JBPs) considering USG targets and market share.
  • Promotional execution: Implement promotional and media plans on retailers' websites. Lead campaigns and creative work with the Marketing and eCCD team.
  • Banners and visibility production coordination: Ensure coordination of production with U-studio for visual materials on customers' websites.
  • Business Analysis: Continuously analyze sales results, monthly sales reports, and review cash-up and key drivers.
  • Performance media campaign analysis: Analyze campaign return on ad spend (ROAS) through different platforms (Criteo, media agency).
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sell-out performance of customers, identify improvements, and opportunities.

**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you should have a university degree in a related field (ADE, Business, or similar) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar sales and/or operations role, preferably within a consumer goods enterprise. You should possess professional skills such as accounting management, selling essentials, shopper insights, ROMI, and sales fundamentals. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $75,000 per year, based on national averages and comparable job openings in the same industry and location.
