About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Accelerator, you will play a crucial part in driving sales pipeline growth and new logo acquisitions across the DACH region. This hybrid working position is based out of our Barcelona office and requires strategic thinking to adapt your approach to each customer's unique needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new logo acquisitions and build sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting into target organisations
  • Be creative and strategic with your sales approach by leveraging all available tools (Sales Nav, Outreach, Salesloft etc.)
  • Build sales pipeline through qualifying inbound leads gained from events, downloads, trials and webinars
  • Gather sales intelligence around customers' situation, needs, issues and decision process
  • Ensure quality data on prospects is updated and maintained within Salesforce
  • Become fully immersed with Dynatrace's products and its value add to customers in order to leverage our position against competitors
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Prior experience of Sales Development within an Enterprise Software environment
  • Able to think strategically and adapt sales approach to various prospects
  • Driven, ambitious individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build effective internal working relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience of Salesforce is desirable but not essential

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and flexible working hours.
