**About Itnig Venture Builder**
We are a leading venture builder, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in the German market. This role will play a pivotal part in driving growth and expanding our footprint in the region.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also build and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work exclusively on a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises.
- Manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and track revenue performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience) to align on strategies and deliver exceptional results.
Your Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a B2B sales or account executive role, preferably within enterprise sales or working with large, complex organizations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (proficient) and English (professional level).
- Proficient in using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
Salary Information:
This role offers a competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
