About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced German Market Expansion Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and establishing Qonto as a leader in the German market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the German market, setting strategic initiatives and driving growth.
- Coach and develop your team to achieve high performance.
- Implement effective sales strategies, aligning with Qonto's goals.
- Analyze market trends and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Foster team growth, ensuring alignment with Qonto's values.

You'll work with cutting-edge sales tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Engage in projects that have expanded Qonto's footprint in current markets.
About Your Future Manager:
Giacomo Ruggiero, our Sales Director, brings a quantitative and straightforward leadership style, valuing transparency, honesty, and team energy.
About You:
As a successful business development or sales professional with 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in FinTech or SaaS, you'll inspire and drive your team to reach its goals. You have a strong understanding of sales processes and KPI management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
