This key position serves as our representative in the DACH region, ensuring excellence in administration, finance, HR, sales, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and interpersonal skills, thriving in a multi-faceted role that blends strategic management and hands-on sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management: handle clients' requests by phone, email, and in our CRM, assisting German customers in finding the perfect boat for their sailing holidays.">
  • Administrative Management: manage day-to-day operations in the DACH region, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.">
  • Finance Oversight: supervise budgeting, reporting, and financial performance, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic goals.">
  • Human Resources: lead recruitment, onboarding, and team development for regional staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.">
  • Project Management: plan and execute key projects, coordinating between local and global teams to achieve operational objectives.">
  • Team Management: oversee and inspire a multidisciplinary team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance to ensure success.">
  • Market Representation: act as the face of Samboat and Argos Yachtcharter in the DACH region, strengthening brand presence and market share.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be a native German speaker and fluent in English, with French being an asset. Previous experience in project management and team leadership is essential, along with strong customer satisfaction orientation. Knowledge of the boating/charter industry is a plus.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as the opportunity to work from home up to 4 days a week, a dynamic and supportive team environment, and the chance to get your boat license for free.
