Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at Jotun Dekorativ Marketing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer groups in a given country to achieve profitable sales, gross margin, and sales growth within expected cost parameters.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the assigned customer groups business by understanding the market, recognising business opportunities, and developing a good network in the market to increase market share.
  • Introduce, promote, and sell assigned products to new and existing customers by conducting regular visits and gathering market intelligence in order to achieve budget deliverables in terms of value, volume, and gross margins.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers by building excellent rapport across hierarchies and providing effective value propositions in order to increase market share.
  • Manage sales and profitability at a customer level by continually monitoring and reporting performance to ensure that annual sales, profitability, and cost targets are being achieved.

Requirements

  • Substantial sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience from anticorrosive paint is an advantage.
  • University Degree.
  • Proficient in English.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
