Marketing Program Manager for Regional Growth

We are seeking a talented Marketing Program Manager to drive regional growth and customer acquisition for Agilent's pathology business. With a strong background in pathology, you will be responsible for defining and executing effective marketing programs that support our regional sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to identify business priorities and develop strategic marketing plans.
  • Contribute to global marketing initiatives and represent regional needs and opportunities.
  • Augment the impact of global campaigns by increasing internal awareness and complementing regional activities.
  • Work with regional sales channels to monitor and analyze competitive information and customer data.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Pathology, Immunology, Genomics or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience in the pathology/hematology/genomics business. You should have a strong knowledge of the clinical market in EMEA and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you will be able to work effectively across a matrixed organization and collaborate with peers to integrate program strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or master's in Pathology, Immunology, Genomics or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years' experience within Pathology/Hematology/Genomics business, preferably with 2 years in sales and/or marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of pathology and a good understanding of the clinical market in EMEA.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills.
  • Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
