Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - Regional Growth Strategist to support the management and growth of profitable business through a systematic and customized approach. The ideal candidate will spearhead customer relationship management and sales strategies within our targets in order to maximize mutual value for Jotun Dekorativ Marketing and our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and seek new business opportunities for the local market by targeting new customers to increase our market share and profitability.
  • Introduce, promote, and sell a range of segment(s) products in assigned geographical territories through regular customer visits to maintain good relationships and obtain market information.
  • Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories by coordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure our products are used to achieve the sales budget.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate specific customer problems.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, good customer service, and achieve company goals.
  • Monitor collections to ensure customer payment is received within an agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
