We are seeking an Italian Speaking Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Sensorfact.
About the CompanySensorfact is a leading provider of energy management systems, dedicated to reducing energy waste in industrial companies. Our mission is to make energy saving easy, and we're looking for a talented Sales Manager to help us achieve this goal.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Italian sales team and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Italian market.
Your Key Accountabilities- Drive results in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles;
- Build and manage high-performing sales teams;
- Collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members;
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Italian market;
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as 23 holidays, €500 contribution to set up/improve your home office, and travel reimbursement.
