Job Overview:
Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth? We are seeking an experienced Italian-speaking Business Development Professional to join our team. Your role will involve managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and dig into prospects' pain points and validate the issues they're facing with your assigned portfolio to achieve sales goals.
  • Understand and address client needs by presenting and demonstrating the value of our products and services.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective management of opportunities and accurate forecasting.
  • Prospect via phone, email, and in-person meetings to engage with clients and sustain relationships.
  • Collaborate with our teams and partners to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and account management efforts in Salesforce.

About You
  • You have fluency in Italian and English.
  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in account management or sales roles.
  • You are skilled at establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
  • You are an experienced Salesforce user.
Salary Transparency

Salary is just one part of our competitive compensation package. Offers are based on your experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also offer discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
