Teleperformance Spain, a global leader in customer experience management and contact center services, is seeking an Italian Business Development Specialist to join its Acquisition Marketing team. Based in Barcelona, this role will involve prospecting high-quality leads for internal New Business Sales teams across European markets.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of €23,500 per year, with up to €5,100 in bonus potential. The Hybrid working model allows for flexibility and work-life balance. As part of the dynamic Acquisition Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-potential customers to our New Business Sales partners.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research, a strong understanding of industry trends, and excellent communication skills. Native-level Italian language proficiency is essential, along with B2 level English and intermediate spreadsheet skills.
