About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As an Account Manager in Italian, you will be responsible for executing and achieving sales quotas and targets, focusing on SMB sales through outbound activities with a set of SMB customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
- Focus on SMB sales, mainly outbound activities to a set of SMB customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase revenue or growth numbers
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales plans
- Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow-up and resolution
Requirements:
- A proficient or bilingual level of Italian with an advanced English level
- A solid sales background (outbound environment)
- Achievement and goal-oriented, motivated, and self-starter
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Pipeline management and forecasting experience
Bonus Requirements:
- Familiarity with the healthcare or medical devices sector, including understanding of key market players and compliance requirements
- Understanding of data privacy regulations related to DPAs, ensuring compliance during client interactions
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience
