About the RoleWe're looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales and Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store budgets, and overseeing operational processes to achieve business objectives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that customers have a unique shopping experience, while also maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
About You- You possess 5+ years of retail and/or leadership experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- You have extensive experience in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
- You are able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have the talent to build, develop, and strengthen a strong team, promoting a positive work environment.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $70,000 per year, based on location and experience.
