As a Sales Representative working onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria, you'll be an integral part of creating exceptional customer experiences while enjoying a rewarding employment experience with our award-winning company culture.

We're looking for results-driven individuals who are passionate about helping others and maximizing sale opportunities. In this role, you'll effectively service and upsell client products to existing customers, educating them on their current products and identifying potential sales opportunities for complementary products that meet their future needs.

A typical day in this position will involve:

  • Brought your passion and expertise in goal setting and negotiation to close sales, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions
  • Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention
  • Utilize the Influencers and Users to get through to decision-makers and close deals
  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions tailored to their needs, aiming to increase volume for existing clients and acquire new customers
  • Respond to incoming calls/emails and deliver outstanding customer experiences

We're seeking individuals with:

  • Advanced fluency in both English and Finnish language (C1 level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques
  • A well-rounded approach incorporating cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software

Our estimated salary range for this position is 30,000 - 50,000 EUR per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
