Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Dedicated Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bring your passion and experience in goal setting and negotiation to close sales, handle objections and rebuttals during role plays and customer interactions.
  • Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention.
  • Get through to decision-makers by utilizing Influencers and Users to help close business.
  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs, with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers.
  • Respond to incoming calls and ensure delivery of outstanding customer experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in both English and Polish language at an advanced C1 level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • A well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.

You'll work a standard Monday to Friday schedule with excellent sales, product, and systems training provided, as well as ongoing sales coaching. Our knowledgeable, encouraging, supporting, and present leadership will help you grow your career and achieve your goals.
